As I walk around on the college campus of Kean University there was one trend that was undeniably visible. I didn't have to walk around to much to notice three young ladies all in the same area wearing their fashionable version of plaid! This young lady paired her plaid with some jeans which seems to be a favorite pairing among plaid fashionistas.

Shortly after I saw another girl lounging around with her plaid book bag waiting for her next class to start.by It was very similar in color to the shirt in the picture above. She was more than happy to pose for the camera.

We all know that a lotof the fashion we wear trickles up from the streets and especially when we see celebrities wearing it . Here is Vanessa Hudgens wearing a loose plaid shirt as a dress. A little to short for my taste. Who knows maybe she has some shorts under there.

I am not a big fan of plaid. So I couldn't take a picture of myself or Suki wearing my favorite plaid piece. However if I owned anything plaid it would be something like this. I would definitely dress it up.
